Term 2 starts on Wednesday 15 April and we are very excited to connect with all our tamariki and help learning to continue.
For those tamariki who have access to a device and internet learning can start seamlessly on Wednesday. We are working hard to plan how to deliver more resources to those whanau who do not have connectivity, particularly for our Kura Teina Tau 1-6.
The Ministry of Education is in the process of developing resource packs and will be delivering these packs directly to your door. (If your address has changed recently and you have not spoken to Maryanne lately, please contact her on 4095557 ASAP so you receive your package)
Accessing and delivering devices currently in school is not possible at this stage however the Ministry is working on a process for delivering devices directly to those students who do not have a device with priority given to students of NCEA. The devices belong to the school and will be loaned out to students while on lock down to access online learning. They are also currently working on providing internet services to those whanau who do not have connectivity.
